Please register online or have your child's forms sent digitally through the optional tabs in the Enrollment Section. Please complete all documentation necessary for enrollment. 

These additional forms are required to have your child be completely enrolled at New Bedford Academy and ensure that we have all of the necessary information to serve your child's academic needs.

If you have any questions about these required documents, please contact us at New Bedford Academy directly. We're happy to help you navigate the enrollment process and answer any questions you may have. These documents can be downloaded and sent digitally to the school or printed and dropped off.
